Our special pappadi chaat is made with crispy flat puris also known as pappadis that are topped with a fistful of fresh sev, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and other fresh goodies, which elevates the flavour quotient in this special chaat dish. 
• Basket Chaat is made with grated, deep-fried potatoes that are dipped in our in-house chaat chutneys. This chaat recipe is served in an edible basket, which also becomes a part of the chaat recipe. 
• Sev Dahi Poori is a chatpata Indian chaat snack from Mumbai. This Indian fast food item is known for its sweet-sour, tangy and spicy flavour. This simple but yummy Indian chaat dish is made with dahi (yoghurt), sev, potato and puris are used to make this awesome snack.
• Kachori Chaat is from Rajasthan and North India. Our flaky puffs are stuffed with spicy dry lentil filling which is accompanied with a fried green chilli and chaat chutneys. 
• Ragda Pani Poori is a delicious curry made from dry white peas that are filled in crispy-fried puffed balls, accompanied by potato, onions, spices, and tangy flavoured water made with zingy tamarind or mint chutney. 
• Bombay Bhel is the perfect evening or mid-day snack. It is made with fresh puffed rice, crispy pooris, veggies and shallots which are doused in chaat masalas and garnished with a little lime juice and amchur. 
• Ragda Pattice is the Indian version of mashed potatoes and gravy. It is available at every Indian chaat vendor or Indian restaurant serving Indian fast foods.
